When will I receive my Annual Benefit Statement?
We have now sent Annual Benefit Statements to all eligible, active members. If you want to check whether you were eligible to receive a statement, please use this link.
Statements were sent via 2nd Class mail. Please allow sufficient time for postal deliveries.
We will send your Annual Benefit Statement directly to your home address, unless your employer has requested otherwise. It is therefore important that you keep your employer notified of your current address. If you think that your Annual Benefit Statement may have been sent to an incorrect address, you should contact your employer.
If you have not received a statement, you will need to contact your employer who will check whether you were eligible to receive one and can also request a new or replacement statement on your behalf.
