Complete the spreadsheet at annex A and return it to email@example.com by 6 February 2015.
- You will have either returned your January 2015 Employer Readiness Self Assessment or be working to send it to us by 20 January 2015. In the Self-Assessment we told you we would be writing separately asking you to confirm your approach to migrating members to alpha. As you know it is a critical success factor for the programme for you to have put the right members in the right scheme at the right time.
- We do not want you to reiterate the rules. We need assurances on HOW you are going to approach migration. You should document the actions you are going to take to meet your migration responsibilities. Please do NOT provide us with reports with member information at this time, but we may ask you for this information on the run up to implementation, to assist with validation.
- We have attached a spreadsheet which sets out the key questions that we need Employers to give us assurance on. These questions do not identify all of the rules for migration, and you should refer to the Employer Impact documents on Eligibility and Enrolment and Migration.
- It is essential that you complete this spreadsheet giving us migration assurance by 6 February 2015. You should send your completed spreadsheet to firstname.lastname@example.org.
