Actuarial factors - Civil Service Pension Scheme

Important note

Following the suspension of certain casework by HM Treasury on 29 March 2023, the following services have resumed:

Cash Equivalent Transfer Values (CETVs) and Divorce Quotations
Non-Club Transfers Out
Non-Club Transfers In

The new factors for the above are contained within the following spreadsheet (which also contains other updated factors used to calculate the costs and benefits). The factors for added pension, EPA and EEPA will be effective from 1 April 2024.

The methodology for applying these factors remains as per the guidance documents below. Previously quoted factors within these guidance documents no longer apply in most instances. We will be updating these documents throughout 2024.
