From the 2 May 2017, we can no longer accept new queries relating to 2016 Annual Benefit Statements.
As the data held on your record is provided on a continual basis by your employer, any information queried on your 2016 Annual Benefit Statement may have been updated since your 2016 statement was produced.
We are currently preparing your 2017 Annual Benefit Statement which will supersede all previous statements.
We kindly ask that you await receipt of your 2017 statement before submitting your query, should you still require to do so.
This will ensure that you have the most up to date information available.
2017 Annual benefits statements will be distributed to eligible members between 12 July and 25 August.
