We are aware that some members are experiencing problems receiving payments into their NatWest, RBS and Ulster Bank bank accounts.
NatWest has confirmed this morning that IT failures at their end have caused the problems.
We are aware that NatWest and RBS are working to resolve this issue as a matter of urgency.
Statement from NatWest:
Delay to Credits and Debits for some customers We are aware of an issue which has resulted in a delay to payments and Direct Debits being applied to some customer accounts. We have fixed the underlying issue and we are working flat out to get these payments updated for our customers no later than Saturday.
