LIVE Civil Service Pension Scheme Task Force Update We are experiencing intermittent issues with One Time Passwords (OTPs) being received to mobiles and emails. Please continue to attempt registration, there is no need to contact us.

Established in 2010, The Civil Service Pension Board CSPB became a statutory body under the Public Service Pensions Act 2013 from April 2015.
Its main role is to hold the Cabinet Office accountable for managing Civil Service pensions and to promote efficient administration by advising and supporting the Scheme Manager.
The CSPB does not determine scheme policy regarding benefit calculations or the contribution rates for employers and members. Responsibility for establishing Civil Service pensions policy rests with the Government. For further information, please refer to the role of the Cabinet Office in managing Civil Service pension arrangements.
For Board queries (for example, membership, meeting dates), please contact CSPBoard@cabinetoffice.gov.uk
The CSPB is unable to deal with queries or complaints about personal circumstances. If you have an enquiry about your pension, we will be able to help you. Please visit the contact us page for full contact details and opening times.
