Our 6-hour workshop for employers offers a clear introduction to the Civil Service Pension Schemes (CSPS). You will learn how the scheme is funded, how benefits are calculated, and the top-up and retirement options available. You will also learn about the various schemes offered, and the differences. We will explain your role in supporting the scheme and how to communicate its value to staff. By the end of the workshop, you’ll understand key pension terminology, scheme structures, rules and options to be aware of. As well as your responsibilities as an employer, you will leave equipped to answer basic pension queries from new and existing employees and have the confidence to promote the CSPS as a valuable employee benefit.
