• Plan and Manage Early Exits, Voluntary, and Compulsory Redundancy schemes
• Understand the processes and timescales involved
• Understand member,employer, and administrator communications
• Update members on compensation and exit terms
• Perform basic calculations and explain compensation payable
• Understand the options available from the pension scheme
• Explain member benefit options
