2026/27 EPA and Added Pension application process guidance

The 2026/27 EPA and Added Pension application window is now open.

Applying is simple:

  1. Download and complete the EPA or Added Pension application form.

  2. Send it back to us using one of these easy options:

    • Secure online Member Portal – The quickest and safest way to submit your form. Just log in or register, then use the Contact Us function to upload your application.

    • By post – Prefer paper? Print your completed form and send it to: Civil Service Pensions PO Box 713 Darlington DL1 9JZ
