A new chapter in your pension journey: Welcome to the CSPS Member Portal

On 1 December 2025, we launched a new Member Portal, designed to be secure, intuitive and accessible. Whether you’re paying into or receiving your pension, the Member Portal offers a host of features to make your experience easy, efficient and personalised. 

What’s new?

The new Portal offers enhanced features tailored to meet the needs of active, deferred and pensioner members.

Over the coming months, new features and functionality will be added to the Portal. For now, you will be able to:

  • See the value of the benefits that you have built up

  • Review and change your personal details

  • View payslips and P60s (full and partial retired members only)

  • Contact us securely via the contact us form, and receive secure messages from our helpdesk and administration teams into your Portal inbox

Coming soon you'll have:

  • Access to historic Annual Benefit Statements for active members

  • An updated and refreshed retirement modeller.

While the Portal introduces new functionality, members can rest assured that:

  • No changes have been made to pension benefits

  • All existing payslips and P60s have been migrated

What do I need to register? 

  • Your National Insurance number

  • Date of birth

  • Surname

  • Contact details

  • A mobile phone or email address.

What’s coming next?

The launch of the Portal is just the beginning. Coming in March 2026, members can expect:

  • A new member ‘App’, which will be available on the App Stores for IOS and Android devices

  • Added functionality with Chatbot support via Artificial Intelligence and human chat

  • For members with more than one Civil Service Pension Scheme account (for those who left and re-joined or those who work in multiple government departments), they’ll be able to see all accounts on their personalised dashboard

  • The ability to track tasks and change bank details (pensioner members).
