Is your employer running an exit scheme? Do you know how these work?

This session is designed to support members who are impacted by an employer exit scheme; it helps members understand the Civil Service Compensation Scheme (CSCS).

The session explains the different types of exit schemes available such as, early exit, voluntary and compulsory redundancy. You will gain an understanding of the basis of the calculations and how you can calculate your own compensation. You will learn about your pension scheme and what you might want to consider before you leave. You will leave understating the exit process, how compensation is calculated, the key timelines and where you can get more information and support.

  • Inhouse Session delivered online £55 plus VAT
  • Inhouse Session delivered face to face £70 plus VAT (inhouse sessions require a minimum of 24 attendees)
