Audience

This notice is for staff preparing Parliamentary Contributory Pension Fund Remuneration Reports for the Annual Resource Accounts exercise.

It is for finance directors, finance managers and pension leads.

Detail

  • Annex 13B sets out the reporting requirements for 2026.

  • The process has been reviewed and agreed with the Parliamentary Contributory Pension Fund Secretariat at the House of Commons. You must send your completed Annex 13B by 3 March 2026 so we can confirm membership and associated costs. If you need a specific reporting date, tell us when you submit your Annex. The earliest available reporting date is 1 May 2026.

  • If you record a minister who is paid by another department or who does not receive a ministerial salary, tell Gallagher when you submit your Annex.

  • You must confirm by email that you accept the quoted costs and timescales. Include a purchase order number for the Gallagher invoice, if required.

  • Gallagher will raise an invoice within 10 working days of receipt of this confirmation.

  • We will only provide final figures once the invoice has been processed and funds have been received by Gallagher. If a calculation factor changes, some work may need to be repeated. If this affects your department, Gallagher will contact you separately.

  • Please see the process map Annex 13F - Process Map for PCPF Disclosure of Information.

  • Additional movements after submission will be charged. You will need to raise a separate PO.

  • These dates are provisional. They depend on receiving all Annex forms and updated calculation forms from the Government Actuary’s Department.

  • If you have questions, email: GBS.UK.Pensions.National.Projects@ajg.com and copy PensionsMP@parliament.uk and sladea@parliament.uk

  • Please forward this email to any other individuals who will be dealing with the Disclosure of Pension Information for your relevant department during 2025/26.
