We’re currently reviewing retirement applications submitted before 1 December 2025 to ensure that the quotes we issue are accurate and based on up-to-date information.
If you have already submitted a retirement application, your request will be logged on our system and is being progressed. You don’t need to submit your request again.
Once your quote has been completed, it will be issued to you automatically.
We’ll contact your employer if we need any further information to progress your case.
You only need to contact us if:
- your personal details have changed
- your intended retirement date has changed
- you have received a request for further information and need support responding
If you applied for retirement before 1 December 2025 but have told us that your retirement date is effective after 1 December 2025, we will be writing to you in the coming days with further information about the next steps in receiving your quote.
We previously communicated that we aimed to contact members who requested a retirement quote before 1 December 2025 by 10 April 2026.
We need to clarify that this was not intended to apply to all members. It applied only to cases where we needed to confirm a retirement date or request further information. If you have not been contacted, this does not apply to your case, and your application remains logged and is being progressed.
