Your retirement decisions are permanent and cannot be changed once your pension has been put into payment.
We strongly encourage you to take time to consider your options carefully before signing and returning your forms.

What if I can’t use online services or the member portal?

What should I do if I am experiencing financial hardship while waiting for my pension?
If you’re experiencing financial hardship, please contact us as soon as possible. Let us know that you’re experiencing financial difficulty and we will take this into account.

What happens to my pension if I die before it is put in payment?
If you die before you pension is put in payment, benefits may still be payable depending on your circumstances. This could include a lump sum, a pension for a spouse or partner, or a combination of both. Children may also be entitled to a pension.
