Action: Note the changes to the electronic copy of the EPG on the CSP website. (If you hold a hard copy of the EPG, destroy the existing Section 2 and replace by printing off the new version from the website.)

Timing: Immediate

  1. We have updated the information in Section 2 of the EPG and some areas have also been revised as follows:
  • Section 2.1 – reminded employers that if they change their APAC they must tell CSPD
  • Annex 2A – removed reference to the health declaration
  • Annex 2C – updated wording in Delegation Instrument
  • Updated the Invitation to Tender model
