  1. The Cabinet Office recently became responsible for the management of the Royal Mail Statutory Pension Scheme (RMSPS). The RMSPS team joined the Scheme Management Executive (SME). To reflect this SME is now known as the Pension Schemes Executive (TPSE).
  2. There will be no immediate impact on employers participating in the Civil Service Pension arrangements. You should continue to refer questions to SMEemployer@cabinet-office.gsi.gov.uk. Where you need a TPSE to make a reserved decision (EPN306) you should contact SMEreferrals@cabinetoffice.gsi.gov.uk.
