• To ensure your payroll systems incorporate all MyCSP’s increased data validations by June 2014

Timing: Immediate

1. MyCSP is enhancing data validation checks to support the introduction of its new pension system, Compendia. Compendia is due to be introduced in July 2014. The new validation process will improve the quality of data that is collected. Improved data will ensure a more effective process for both you and MyCSP and deliver wider service improvements. MyCSP will not be asking employers to give them additional data as a result of the move.
2. You must take immediate action to ensure all validation routines are incorporated into your HR payroll systems by June 2014. At Annex A is MyCSP’s Data Validation Guidance which details the full set of validations they will apply to the data you give them via your HR payroll interface.
