We’re excited to announce that we’ve redesigned the Civil Service Pensions website: 

The new website, which goes live on 31 January, has a new look and feel and improved design and navigation. Members will also benefit from updated content that’s jargon-free, written in plain English and meets users’ accessibility needs. 

We’ve redesigned our website to make it quicker and easier for members and employers to find the information they need, when they need it. 

To shape the redesign, we conducted extensive research and held numerous usability testing sessions with members. Going forward, we’ll be conducting regular user testing with members as part of our programme of continuous improvement, so if you or your employees would like to be involved, please get in touch at:

We’re currently reviewing the content in the Employers section of the website, and we’re aiming to deliver a new and improved ‘employer hub’ in 2023.  In the meantime, we’d welcome employers to help shape this by sending us their ideas of how to improve the current Employer section to
