Civil Service Pensions has launched a new Employer Hub on the Civil Service Pension Scheme website, designed to better meet employers’ needs and requirements.

These changes have been researched, designed and tested in collaboration with Employers. They are designed to enhance the Employer user-experience on the website and make it easier to navigate and find the information you need about the scheme.

Following extensive investigation, research, user-testing and discovery, we have introduced a number of improvements to the Civil Service Pension Scheme website, focused on improving the user-experience for Employers.

We have worked with Employers to understand the challenges they face, their needs and requirements, and have used their input and feedback to create new features and functionality on our website.

What’s new?

  • Improved content throughout the site – including a number of cosmetic improvements, combining some pages together and better signposts to related content
  • Improved navigation and search function – with filters and suggestions that make it easier to search for and find both employer and member-specific content
  • Specific colour-scheme and navigation for Employer content – to make it easier to distinguish which section of the website you’re navigating
  • Search tool for Employer Pension Notices – to make it quicker and easier to find the information you need, searchable by EPN number
  • Interactive scheme calendar – providing an overview of the scheme year with important dates already populated.

All of these changes have been designed and planned with Employers, for Employers. They are the first of many improvements we’re planning in collaboration with Employers, so please do share your views and feedback over the next few months. Your input is really valuable, and will help us continue to improve our services.
