You can send data to the Scheme Administrator using either a Standard, Manual or Full interface.

Standard Interface

A Standard interface file consists of 13 different text files containing different record types, for example, salary, allowance or bonus files.  

Manual Interface

A Manual interface file is a single Excel file and is used to change HR and payroll data during a single month. Employers who only have a small number of employees usually use a Manual interface.

Full Interface

A Full interface file is a single text file containing a full extract of HR and payroll data. A Full interface will hold 18 months’ worth of data.
