Helen began working for Civil Service Pensions in 2003 where she joined DWP, holding a number of management positions before becoming Service Delivery Manager for all Scottish clients. Helen moved to MyCSP upon vesting and in 2017 became an Account Manager, using a more strategic approach with employers. As the role changed to become the current Employer Relationship Manager, Helen now manages the relationship with a number of both Government and New Fair Deal Employers

Lee began work at MyCSP in August 2015 shortly after completing a Master's degree in Law. Lee has held a number of management positions within MyCSP before becoming a Service Delivery Manager in April 2017. As the role changed to the current Employer Relationship Manager, Lee now manages relationship between MyCSP and a number of clients such as DWP, DEFRA and the House of Commons.

Anthony Meakin

Anthony has been with the company since 2015 where he began as Service Delivery Manager in Liverpool, overseeing operational management and employer relationships. The role moved exclusively into relationship management into what is now the current Employer Relationship Manager role. Anthony currently looks after a range of employers including Home Office, GCHQ as well as being involved in to the stakeholder management of Employer Shared Service providers.

Amy Searle

Amy began work for Civil Service Pensions in September 2008, where she joined DWP as a Pension Administrator. Amy moved to MyCSP upon vesting where she has had held a number of roles across the business, most recently managing the Internal Training function within MyCSP as well as helping to deliver training services to both members and employers of the scheme. In July 2018, Amy joined the Employer Relationship Management Team as an Employer Relationship Manager and now looks after a number of both Government and New Fair Deal employers.
