EPN436 told you the bank account into which you should pay Civil Service Pension contributions would change from 1 October 2015. GBS has had to delay the move from CITI Bank to RBS. This means you will need to continue to pay Civil Service Pension contributions into the Cabinet Office’s CITI Bank account until further notice.
Employers who currently pay their monthly contributions by Internal Transfer, Credit Transfer, Faster Payment, CHAPs or BACS should ensure that the account details, as shown below, are used.
