Phase 1

For any employers with outstanding Phase 1 member data, the cut-off for submission of Phase 1 data sheets is Tuesday 31 May 2022. We will not be able to accept further submissions after this date. Please complete and return your Phase 1 datasheet by 31 May 2022 to

If you have not yet started your Phase 1 member data collection and are not likely to meet the 31 May cut-off deadline, we recommend you do not start it at this point as it will result in duplication of your effort.

Any remaining Phase 1 data not received, or where corrections arrive after 31 May, will fall into the Phase 2 collection and appear on your new datasheets issued at that point.

Phase 2

Phase 2 dates. Collection is due to start towards the end of July 2022. Similar to Phase 1, datasheets will be distributed on a tranche-by-tranche basis over a number of weeks.

Phase 2 scope. Phase 2 will consist of: in-scope active, partial retirees, any new members in scope captured during January and July, and any remaining members from Phase 1 not loaded after 31 May cut-off.

Phase 2 Impacted member totals. To aid your resourcing requirements, Phase 1 and Phase 2 approximate impacted member totals for each employer was communicated in the employer communication from 27 August 2021. Updated numbers will be provided nearer to the start of Phase 2.

Phase 2 Collection Employer Contact Details.
