The updated portal will have a new look, improved modeller features, and benefits designed to better meet your needs and improve your experience. In this session, we’ll share more information, show you what’s changing, and use your feedback to help shape future improvements.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure as many members as possible are able to attend these sessions, we know some members may be impacted by their employer's IT restrictions and will be unable to access the YouTube links where we host our videos.
The live webinars will use Microsoft Teams; If you're using a mobile device, please download the Teams app ready to attend your webinar. If you're using a Windows Desktop, then you can access the webinar using your browser.
If your employer's IT security prevents you from accessing these external websites, we suggest using your personal device (smartphone, tablet or laptop) using your own WIFI network, or watch the sessions on catch up on the scheme website.

You’ll receive a confirmation email via GOV.UK Notify. This email will include a link to download a calendar invite (.ICS file) for your chosen session. Click the link to download the invite.
Once downloaded, simply double-click the downloaded file, or tap to open it on your mobile device, and it'll then be added into your calendar (Outlook, Gmail, iCalendar etc.).
If you’re using mobile data, you may be charged by your network provider depending on your data allowance. We recommend using WiFi where possible to avoid any additional charges.

Yes. You can submit questions to our pensions experts during the session. We’ll also share real-life case studies that reflect common pension scenarios.
Absolutely. You can attend as many sessions as you like. Each topic runs twice a day (12pm and 2pm), so there's no need to book more than once per topic.
No action is needed. If you've received an email invite but choose not to attend, simply ignore it. There’s no need to formally cancel.
If you think you may have entered your email incorrectly during registration, or haven’t received your invite, don’t worry. All webinars will be available to watch on the Pension Awareness Week pages shortly after the event.
