When will I get my Annual Benefit Statement (ABS)?

Annual Benefit Statements will be loaded to the Pension Portal between mid-June 2021 and 31 August 2021. If you have chosen to receive a paper ABS, distribution will be completed by 31 August 2021.

How do I find out when my ABS will arrive?

Simply find the name of your employer on the Distribution Schedule, which will be loaded to the scheme website in May 2021, and check the dates. Please note that the dates are intended as a guide only and may be subject to change. If your ABS isn’t available to view on the portal by 17 August, please check the distribution schedule in the first instance to check for any changes to the dates, and then contact us.

How will I be able to see my ABS?

Fron June 2021, our aim is to stop sending out paper copies, unless you choose to receive it that way. You’ll be able to view your ABS online through the Pension Portal.

However, you can still receive a paper copy of your ABS if you’d like to, by emailing or by writing to us; providing us with your full name, date of birth and your member number. However, please note, we must receive your opt-out request by 31 May 2021.

If you’ve opted for a paper statement - Who provides you with my home address?

Your employer. Your employer provides us with the details of your postal address. As such, it’s very important that your employer always holds your up-to-date address details. If you’ve recently changed address or do so in the future, be sure to inform your employer’s HR department or your Shared Service provider as soon as possible. You can also update your address online, on the Pension Portal.
