Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

As you will have seen from the media’s coverage of the Coronavirus (Covid-19), the UK and beyond is facing a period of uncertainty over the coming weeks and months. 

We recognise that this may be unsettling for some people, so we'd like to assure you that we have already implemented robust measures to ensure we can continue to provide services to our members.

Please rest assured, the payment of your pension will not be affected by the current situation.

These robust measures we have already put in place will enable us to continue to provide the level of service our members expect from us.

The annual mailing of P60s and payslips, in line with the start of the new financial year, will go ahead as normal from the start of April.

We will continue to monitor the Coronavirus situation and if it should change, we are well placed to be able to adapt accordingly.

Our priority remains the welfare of our staff and our members and we will continue to support each other during this time.

Please do not respond to this notification as doing so could divert resources away from essential work.
