We're in the process of distributing Annual Benefit Statements (ABS) to active members of the Civil Service Pension Scheme.

You'll be able to view and download your ABS on the Pension Portal by 31 August. If you've opted out of paperless statements, you'll receive your copy in the post.

New tools to support you

We’ve developed new tools to answer the most common queries we receive about ABS:

  • Use the Schedule tool to find out when you're likely to see your ABS
  • Got a question? Ask the digital assistant - after trialling the tool with 2015 Remedy, we have enhanced our digital assistant to answer the most common ABS queries

Your ABS shows you an estimate of your pension benefits up to 31 March of the current year. This means that if you joined the scheme on 1 April this year or later, you won't receive a statement until next year.
