From 1 April 2022, Public Body Employers will be admitted under a determination made on behalf of the Minister for the Civil Service, to the Civil Service pension arrangements, Alpha (Civil Servants and Others pension scheme) only, under Sections 25(5) of the Public Service Pensions Act 2013.
Employers admitted to the Principal Civil Service Service Pension Scheme (PCSPS) under Section 1(4A) of the Superannuation Act 1972.
For the purposes of Section 25(9) of the Public Service Pensions Act 2013 the organisations listed below have received a determination for admission to the Civil Service Pension arrangements.
