My Voice is a community of Civil Service Pension Scheme members that enables you to offer views and insights that can help shape the design of current and future experiences and services.

My Voice is an opportunity to show you new ideas about the way services are delivered to scheme members. We gain insights into potential service improvements by asking you questions and prompting you for feedback. Your responses will help to continually improve the quality of services we provide to you.

By joining My Voice you’ll have the opportunity to take part in surveys, questionnaires and other ways we can capture insights and feedback. You can be involved with as much or as little as you like. It’s up to you. You won’t be bombarded by surveys and you can opt-out at any time. 

The My Voice team

The My Voice community is managed by a team of colleagues from MyCSP, the pension Scheme Administrator. MyCSP will use your feedback, views and input to help in creating better experiences for members of the Civil Service Pension Scheme and their dependants.
